Twelve years, one discipline.

FLY Consultores was founded in 2014 in a small office in Madrid by structural engineers and public policy consultants who shared a frustration with the dominant consulting model—one based on presentations, a generalist approach, and hourly billing.

We wanted to build something more like a notary’s office: technical to the core, patient when necessary, and accountable in writing. Today, the firm operates out of Madrid and Barcelona, handling assignments throughout the Iberian Peninsula and the EU.

What we promise our institutional clients isn’t just a passing trend: the same person who advises the board will be the one walking the construction site; our recommendations will stand up to audit scrutiny; and in five years, we’ll still be answering the phone.
